These Terms of Service govern the use of the Grmlje application and related pages used by members, applicants, coordinators, librarians, equipment coordinators, and administrators of the mountaineering society.

1. Purpose of the Application

The application is used for membership applications, internal communication, Google Group access requests, calendars, library and equipment catalogues, direct messages, support communication, and other club-related processes.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for all activity performed through your account. Do not share access to your account with other people.

3. Member and Internal Features

Some parts of the application are only available to users with valid membership or to users with specific coordinator or administrative permissions. Access may change depending on your current role, membership status, or feature availability.

4. Visibility of User Information

Within the application, your first name, last name, and email address may be visible to other users where this is needed for communication and club processes, including direct messages, coordinator support, and other internal features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the application, interfere with its operation, bypass permissions, impersonate other users, or use messaging and other features for harassment, spam, or other abusive behavior.

6. Club Processes and External Services

Some workflows may involve external services or supporting infrastructure, such as email delivery, Google Groups, file storage, or calendars. Access to those services may depend on both application state and external system configuration.

7. Availability and Changes

The application may change over time. Features, permissions, and workflows may be updated, restricted, or removed when necessary for club operations, maintenance, or legal reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided for club operations on an as-available basis. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted availability and complete absence of errors cannot be guaranteed.
